Ecopus Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the ConvexMarkets platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website and use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Authentication Data

When you access ConvexMarkets, you authenticate via Google OAuth. We collect and store:

  • Your Google account email address
  • Your Google account display name
  • A unique authentication token for session management

We do not store passwords. Authentication is managed entirely by Google through Cloudflare Access.

1.2 Usage Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how you interact with ConvexMarkets. Google Analytics collects pages visited and time spent, click patterns and feature usage, device type, browser, and operating system, and approximate geographic location (city level). This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally.

1.3 Session and Technical Data

Our servers automatically collect IP address (for access logging), timestamp of access, and HTTP request headers. This data is retained for 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

1.4 What We Do NOT Collect

  • Payment information (no payment processing on this platform)
  • Financial transaction data or portfolio details
  • User-generated content or annotations
  • Biometric data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide the Service: Authenticate your access, maintain your session, and deliver analytics and market data
  • Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to identify features users find valuable, fix bugs, and optimize performance
  • Security: Detect unauthorized access attempts, prevent fraud, and maintain platform integrity
  • Compliance: Meet legal and regulatory obligations in Singapore and jurisdictions we serve
  • Communications: Send transactional emails (account access notifications, service updates) — we do not send unsolicited marketing emails

3. Data Retention

  • Authentication data (email, name): Retained while your account is active; deleted 90 days after your last login
  • Session data: Deleted after 24 hours of inactivity
  • Server logs: Retained for 30 days
  • Google Analytics data: Retained per Google's standard 14-month retention policy

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with:

4.1 Google (Authentication & Analytics)

Used for authentication via Google OAuth and usage analytics via Google Analytics 4. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4.2 Cloudflare (Infrastructure & Security)

Used for hosting, content delivery, DDoS protection, and access control. IP address, session tokens, and request metadata are shared. Governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information. You may also object to analytics tracking by disabling cookies in your browser settings. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@convex.markets with your full name, email, and the specific request.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: all data transmitted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3), authentication required with role-based access via Cloudflare Access, and separate databases for different data types. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. International Data Transfer

Ecopus Solutions is incorporated in Singapore. Your data may be processed in Singapore or transferred to other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. By using ConvexMarkets, you consent to such transfers.

GDPR Compliance: If you are located in the EU/EEA, we comply with GDPR requirements. Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest (service delivery and analytics). A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request at privacy@convex.markets.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered Google account.
